This is one of my favorite Jobs.  A guy called me up and said he took down his Grandfather's barn and stacked it in his garage.  He asked me if I could do something with it.  Originally it was supposed to be an accent wall and just kept going. Turned into his hunting room.  This is a brand new house.  The walls didn't even have drywall on them yet. You might see a Roman Numeral or two on some of the boards.  His grandfather marked them with a hatchet, 100 years ago.  Those pieces were the rafters he marked to tell them apart when stacked.  All the doors were built on sight. I upolstered the inside of the cabinets with pool table felt. I could go on and on.  Let me tell you, it was fun.
